Bangladeshi and Myanmar Art Exhibition at Yangon Gallery

An exhibition of paintings from Myanmar and Bangladesh, titled "Confluence of Minds and Interplay of Colours" is being held at The Yangon Gallery form June 19th to 24th at the Yangon Gallery and June 26th to July 2nd at The National Museum.

The exhibition and workshop is a joint effort of the Bangladesh Embassy, National University of Arts and Culture, and Myanmar’s Ministry of Culture.

The works presented seek to emphasize cultural and aesthetic connections between the two adjacent countries. Md. Shahidul Haque, Bangladesh’s foreign secretary, said in a statement, “This will certainly contribute to the common endeavor of the two countries to enhance goodwill, trust, and understanding and ultimately to bring two peoples close.”
