Local construction firm Capital Development Ltd will soon start handing over condominium units to customers at its GEMS Garden Condominiums project in Hlaing township in Yangon.
The project’s initial plan comprise four condominium complexes with 21 storeys on 12 acres of land.
U Tin Maung Win, director of Capital Development Ltd, said the companies completed the first two condominiums, and the remaining two units will be finished by the end of this year.
“Since the beginning, we combined our designs with modern architecture and serviced the customers according to their desire,’ he said.
GEMS Garden has a total of 584 rooms, and the company will sell the rooms at an average price of K500 million ($485,675) per unit and there will be adjustments to price according to the view, said General Manager Daw Mi Mi Kyi.
“We might reduce the price according to the customer’s payment plan,” she added.
Capital Development previously was contracted to build the Shwehonedaing flyover in Yangon, and is currently building another flyover in Myaynigone intersection.
Besides construction business the firm also has real estate, medicine, financial services, automobile and telecommunications businesses.
