Myanmar Agribusiness Public Cooperation (MAPCO) will set up Agribusiness Service Centers (ASC) in 10 locations throughout the country, said U Thaung Win, executive director of the firm.
The centers are planned to be introduced during this year in 10 areas of Ayeyarwaddy, Bago and Mandalay regions, he said.
Training centres for farmers will be opened along with the service centers.
Some preparation, including buying plots of land, has already been carried out.
