မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံအတွင်း သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိနေသော လုပ်သားများ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းပြန်လည် ဝင်ရောက်လာနိုင်ရေးအတွက် နယ်စပ်ဝင်ပေါက်များဖြစ်သည့် တိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် ပြည်နယ်များတွင် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ထားမူများ ဆောင်ရွက်ထားရှိလျှက်ရှိနေကြောင်း မေလ ၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် နိုင်ငံတော် အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်ဆောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နှင့် ကရင်ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ၊ မွန်ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်၊ တနင်္လာရီတိုင်းဒေသကြီး ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်တို့ အွန်လိုင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲမှ သိရသည်။
“အခု ပြန်လာကြမယ့် တရားမဝင်လုပ်သားတွေရော တရားဝင်လုပ်သားတွေရောပြန်လက်ခံမှာပဲ အဲဒါကလည်း ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံသားတွေပဲလေ ဒဏ်ပေးတာတို့ အပြစ်ပေးတာတို့ လုပ်မှာ မဟုတ်ဘူး လာတဲ့အခါမှာ ယုံယုံကြည်ကြည်နဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာကို အသိပေးဖို့ပဲ မပေးပဲနဲ့ ဆိုရင် ကြောက်လို့ အိမ်တွေခိုးပြန်မယ်ဆိုရင် ကျန်းမာရေးအရ စောင့်လို့လည်းမရဘူး စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းတွေလည်း လိုက်နာဖို့ လုပ်ပေးလို့မရဘူး ဖြစ်သွားမယ်။”ဟု နိုင်ငံတော် အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်ဆောင်ဆန်းစုကြည် ကပြောသည်။
တရားမဝင်သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်သူများကိုလည်း တရားဝင်သွားရောက်လုပ်ကိုင်သူများ နည်းတူ အားလုံးကို တန်းတူညီတူ ဆက်ဆံကာ ကျန်းမာရေး စောင့်ရှောက်မူများ ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အဆိုပါ ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားမူ တားဆီးကာကွယ်နိုင််ရေးအတွက် ဇန်နဝါရီလအတွင်းမှ စတင်ကာ စနစ်တကျဆောင်ရွက်ထားမူများရှိခဲ့ပြီး ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားမူများကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သည့် စီးပွားရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက်ကိုလည်း အဖွဲ့တစ်ဖွဲ့စည်းကာ ကြိုတင်စီမံထားကြောင်း နိုင်ငံတော် အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်ဆောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ကပြောသည်။
ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံမှ ပြန်လည် ဝင်ရောက်လာမည့် လုပ်သားကို quarantine ဝင်ရောက်ရန်အတွက် မောတောင် နယ်စပ်စခန်း ၊ မြဝတီ နယ်စပ် ၊ ဘုရားသုံးဆူ ၊ တာချီလိတ် အစရှိသည့် နေရာများတွင် လက်ခံရေး အဖွဲ့များဖြင့် ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ထားပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ သို့သော်လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံအစိုးရ၏ အဆိုပါရောဂါ နှင့် ပါတ်သက်၍ စည်းကမ်းချက်များအရ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်း ပြန်လည် ဝင်ရောက်လာသူနည်းပါးလျက်ရှိနေကြောင်း သိရသည်။
Myanmar has made preparations to accommodate and quarantine the returning migrant workers from Thailand at states and regions adjacent to the border, according to the video conference between Daw Aung San Su Kyi, State Counsellor of Myanmar, and Chief Ministers of Karen State, Mon State and Tanintharyi Region, on May 5.
“We will accept and accommodate all the returned migrant workers, both legal and illegal. They all are our citizens and there will be no punishment for being illegal migrant workers. So, what they will need is to inform us without sneaking back home. Otherwise, we can’t do anything for them to give proper health care,” Daw Aung San Suu Kyi said.
She assured that all migrants workers will be taken care without any discrimination, and the country has started making preparations since January including formation of a committee on economic impacts.
The teams are waiting to receive and facilitate all the migrants workers at the entrance gate such as Maw Taung Border gate, Myawaddy Border gate, Phayar Thone Su border gate, and Tachilaik border gate, and take them to quarantine centres.
