အောက်တွင် မြန်မာလို ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်
Myanmar is ranked at 28 out of 184 countries in the Global COVID-19 Recovery Index conducted by PEMADU Associates in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Innovation (MOSTI) of Malaysia and the Sunway group.
It uses a data analysis system to find out how well each country had responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To decide rankings, it assesses 70 percent of the score from the drive and changes of the daily situation based on the number of patients under treatment; the rate of cured patients per number of patients; the number of tests per confirmed patients and the number of tests per population of the whole country, while the remaining 30 percent was based on statistical data collected from the Global Health Security (GHS) Index and the ranking results above.
Myanmar has placed very strict measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country since it found the first case on March 24.
As of the time of writing, confirmed COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have reached 262 with 167 recovered an
d 6 deaths. The local transmission curve in the country also seems to have flattened as most of the new confirmed cases are imported cases found among returnees. The country has suspended all the international air travel except relief flights to bring backs its citizens stranded in other countries.
Now, it gradually relaxes the preventive measures, reallowing restaurants, and hotels under health safety guidelines.
The Global COVID-19 Recovery Index also includes Myanmar in the group of countries, where relaxation of Measure can be considered.
In the region, Thailand is ranked at second place in the Recovery Index, Malaysia at 11, Vietnam at 13, Laos at 29, China at 32, Cambodia at 36 and Singapore at 120.
COVID-19 မှ ပြန်လည် သက်သာလာသည့်အနေအထားကို အကဲဖြတ်လေ့လာထားသည့် Global COVID-19 Recovery Index တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် နိုင်ငံပေါင်း ၁၈၄ နိုင်ငံအနက် နံပါတ် ၂၈ တွင်ရှိနေသည်။ အဆိုပါ အညွှန်းကိန်းကို မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ သိပ္ပံနှင့် တီထွင်ဆန်းသပ်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာနနှင့် the Sunway Group တို့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလျက် PEMADU Associates က ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံချင်းစီအနေဖြင့် COVID-19 ကပ်ရောဂါကို မည်သို့ တုန့်ပြန်ဆောင်ရွက်နေသလဲဆိုကို သိရှိနိုင်ရန်အချက်အလက် ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာရေးစနစ်တစ်ခုကို အသုံးပြုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
နိုင်ငံများ၏ အဆင့်ကို သတ်မှတ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ဆက်လက်ကုသမှုခံယူရဆဲ လူနာများစာရင်း၊ ပြန်လည်သက်သာလာသည့် လူနာများစာရင်း၊ ဓာတ်ခွဲစမ်းသပ်မှုနှင့် အတည်ပြုလူနာအချိုး၊ ဓာတ်ခွဲစမ်းသပ်မှုနှင့် တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး လူဦးရေအချိုးတို့ကို အခြေခံကာ ရမှတ်၇၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းကို အကဲဖြတ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ကျန် ၃၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းမှာ Global Health Security Index မှ အချက်အလက်များကို အခြေခံထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် မတ်လ ၂၄ ရက်က ပထမဆုံး လူနာတွေ့ရှိခဲ့စဥ်ကတည်းက COVID-19 ကပ်ရောဂါပျံ့ပွားမှုကို လျှော့ချရန်အတွက် တင်းကြပ်သော အစီအမံများ ချမှတ်ထားသည်။ ယခုအချိန်အထိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် COVID-19 လူနာပေါင်း ၂၆၂ ဦးရှိပြီး ၁၆၇ ဦး ပြန်လည် သက်သာကာ သေဆုံးသူ ၆ ဦးရှိသည်။ ယခုနောက်ပိုင်း အသစ်တွေ့ရှိရသော COVID-19 လူနာများမှာ ပြည်ပမှ ပြန်လာသူများဖြစ်သဖြင့် ပြည်တွင်းကူးစက်မှုနှုန်း လျော့ပါးလာသည့် သဘောရှိနေသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ပြည်ပလေယာဥ်ခရီးစဥ်များအားလုံးကို ယာယီရပ်နားထားပြီး ကူညီရေးလေယာဥ်(relief flight) များသာ ပျံသန်းခွင့်ပြုထားသည်။
ယခုအခါတွင် စားသောက်ဆိုင်များနှင့် ဟိုတယ်များကို ပြန်လည်ခွင့်ပြုလျက်ရှိကာ ကာကွယ်ရေးအစီအမံများကို တဖြည်းဖြည်း ဖြေလျှော့ပေးနေသည်။
The Global COVID-19 Recovery Index ကတော့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအား ကာကွယ်ရေးအစီအမံများ ဖြေလျှော့၍ ရနိုင်သည့် နိုင်ငံများစာရင်းတွင် ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
ဒေသတွင်းတွင်တော့ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံက Recovery Index တွင် ဒုတိယနေရာ၌ ရှိနေပြီး မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံက အဆင့် ၁၁၊ ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံက ၁၃၊ လာအိုနိုင်ငံက ၂၉၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ၃၂၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံက ၃၆၊ စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံက ၁၂၀ တွင်ရှိနေသည်။
