နည်းပညာအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းမှ နည်းပညာစွမ်းရည်များကို ဖော်ထုတ်ရန်၊ လူထုအခြေပြုလူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပုဂ္ဂလိကအဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ တင်ပြသော မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အခက်အခဲပြဿနာ စိန်ခေါ်ချက်များအတွက် နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာအဖြေများကို ရှာဖွေနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ဖန်တီးရာက Open Innovation Platform တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် ဒို့ဖန်တီးကို စတင်မိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
Covid-19 ပြီးဆုံးသွားသည့်အချိန်တွင် နည်းပညာအသစ်ဆိုင်ရာ ဖြေရှင်းချက်များ လိုအပ်သော ထုတ်ပြန်မှုများကို သိရှိနိုင်ရန်အတွက် ယခု Platform ကို မိတ်ဆက်ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
ဒို့ဖန်တီး အစီအစဉ် အား GIZ၊ Prudential Myanmar၊ Friedrich Naumann Foundation ၊ Yoma Bank နှင့် HEKS/EPER တို့မှ ပါတနာများအဖြစ်ပါဝင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အဆိုပါ ပါတနာများမှ platform ပေါ်တွင် အဖြေရှာရမည့် Challenge Statement များအား ဖော်ထုတ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး idea အဆင့်မှ လက်တွေ့ပြင်ပတွင် အမှန်တကယ်အသုံးချနိုင်သည့် နည်းပညာတီထွင်မှုများဖြစ်လာသည်အထိ အဖက်ဖက်မှ အချိတ်အဆက်များနှင့် ငွေကြေးအကူအညီများကိုပါ ပံ့ပိုးပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
“ဒီPlatform က Covid 19 ပြီးသွားရင်လည်း လူမှုစီးပွားရေး စိန်ခေါ်မှုတွေကို ဆက်လက်ဖြေရှင်း ပေးနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ဆက်သွယ်ရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင်၊ အရောင်းအဝယ်လုပ်ငန်းတွေကို လွယ်ကူချောမွေ့စေဖို့နဲ့ တကယ်အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အခက်အခဲပြဿနာတွေကို ဖြေရှင်းတဲ့နေရာမှာ နည်းပညာက ဘယ်လောက်အရေးပါတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကိုယ်တိုင် အကြိမ်ပေါင်းများစွာ ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ။” ဟု HEKS-EPER Myanmar ၏ Country Director ဖြစ်သူ Jose Ravano က ပြောသည်။
Covid-19 ရောဂါကြောင့် ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေး၊ ရုပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှင့် စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ကျန်းမာရေးကို ထိခိုက်မှုရှိနေပြီး စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ နေ့စဉ်သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေးများလုပ်ငန်းများကို ထိရောက်မှုကို လျော့နည်းစေရုံသာမက သတင်းအချက်အလက် အမှား များလာခြင်း၊ စီးပွား ရေးကျဆင်းမှု အလားအလာနှင့် ကုန်စည်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ရွေ့လျားစီးဆင်းမှုနှောင့်နှေးခြင်းများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေလျက်ရှိသည်။
ထို့ကြောင့် ဖန်တီးရာသည် နည်းပညာစွမ်းရည်များကို ဖော်ထုတ်ရန် Open Innovation Platform ကို စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး ဇီးကွက်ဟုခေါ်သည့် နည်းပညာကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ပါရမီရှင်များကို ရွေးထုတ်ပေးပြီးနောက် ပြည်သူများ ကြုံတွေ့နေရသော အခက်အခဲပြဿနာများအတွက် ဖြေရှင်းချက်များကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်ရန်အတွက် လုပ်ငန်းသစ်လုပ်ဆောင်မှုများတွင် ကူညီထောက်ပံ့ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
Phandeeyar, today, launches the Open Innovation Platform – Doh Phandee to identify tech talents from the tech community, then funnel their efforts to develop tech solutions to Challenge Statements raised by civil societies and private organizations. The platform will be in perpetuity, creating an ecosystem of Problem Solvers and Challenge Statements.
The unprecedented spread of Covid-19 affects the global economy, the physical and mental well-being, and disrupts our standard ways of living, communication and our social norms. While this crisis lowers the efficiency of business operations, daily transportation, and communication, it also results in further negative impact on the local community: the increase in misinformation, potential of economic recession, flow, and movements of goods and services. It is important to ensure possible solutions are carried out immediately in response to tackle these problems. Beyond the Covid-19, the platform is set up to be able to crowdsource the Challenge Statements that require innovative technical solutions.
Given this context, Phandeeyar launches the Doh Phandee -Open Innovation Platform to identify tech talents – named as ZeeKwets, along with the community leverage its experience in growing startups to help the problem solvers in scaling up the solutions developed to be widely applied in Myanmar.
Phandeeyar partners with GIZ, Prudential Myanmar, Friedrich Naumann Foundation, Yoma Bank and HEKS/EPER for the Doh Phandee.. The partners have been fundamental in realizing the Doh Phandee – Open Innovation Platform from idea to implementation through identifying the thematic areas for the Challenge Statements, bringing in the network for scaling the solution and financial support towards building the platform.
Speaking at the event, Jose Ravano, Country Director of HEKS-EPER Myanmar “Covid 19 has impacted the world as we know it and created new challenges for how we interact socially and recover economically. For HEKS-EPER, we believe that a key step in addressing these challenges will involve harnessing the ‘outside the box’ thinking and talent of the tech community. In Myanmar, Phandeeyar’s Open Innovation Platform intends to do exactly that. This will also be relevant for socio-economic challenges beyond Covid-19”
