Local internet service provider Redlink Communications has started providing its service at a discount for internet users starting on June 1, according to U Myo Myint Nyunt, general manager of the company.
Redlink started allowing a greater usage cap for postpaid plan users and announced discounts for prepaid plan customers.
“We reduced the price for the convenience of customers to better reflect the situation of the market,” U Myo Myint Nyunt said.
Usage quotas have been increased from 3GB to 5GB for the silver plan, 6GB to 10GB in Gold, 12GB to 18GB in Platinum for postpaid plan users.
The rates for prepaid plan users have been changed from K16,000 to 8,000 per 1GB, from K27,000 to 12,000 for 2GB and K 36,000 to 15,000 for 3GB.
Red Link Communications Co Ltd started providing communications service in Myanmar in 2008.
