The government has announced that schools will reopen in July and when schools are open, school buses will only be allowed to carry half of its capacity, according to the meeting on basic education.
Only one student will sit on one of the two seats or every other seat meaning the school buses will carry half of its capacity, which can lead to a sufficient number of school buses. For that, the Yangon Regional Government guaranteed to resolve it in case of an insufficient number of buses.
Moreover, when schools are reopened, only high school classes will be opened first to see the weakness and defects of the system, which will be deployed when basic and middle schools are open.
For schools that have a high number of students, students will be divided into two groups maximizing the space for students. However, it will create more teaching hours for school teachers.
At the moment, some of the schools are used as community-based facility quarantine centers. But the Ministry of Education will take back the schools by June 15 after disinfecting the facilities.
Instead of schools, the authorities will use universities and colleges as community-based facility quarantine centers for new arrivals.

ကျောင်းကြို/ပို့ယာဉ်များတွင် ကျောင်းသားများ တင်ဆောင်မည်ဆိုပါက နှစ်ယောက်ထိုင်ခုံတွင် ကျောင်းသားတစ်ဦးစီ၊ သို့မဟုတ် တစ်ခုံခြားစီ ထိုင်ခိုင်းရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ကျောင်းသား ထက်၀က်လျှော့ချ၍ တင်ဆောင်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် ကျောင်းကြို/ပို့ ယာဉ်များ လုံလောက်မှုမရှိသည့်ပြသာနာများ ရှိလာနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယာဉ်များ လုံလောက်မှုမရှိပါက လိုအပ်သည့် ကျောင်းကားများအတွက် ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီးအစိုးရအဖွဲ့က ညှိနှိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ထို့ပြင်ကျောင်းများ ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်ရာတွင် အခြေခံပညာ အထက်တန်းအဆင့်ကို ဉီးစားပေး ဖွင့်လှစ်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယင်းကျောင်းများတွင် လိုအပ်သည့် အချက်များ၊ အားနည်းချက်များကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီးမှသာ အလယ်တန်းနှင့် မူလတန်းကျောင်းများကို ဖွင့်လှစ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ကျောင်းသားများအနေဖြင့် Covid 19 ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေး အမျိုးသားဗဟိုကော်မတီ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်နှင့်အညီ တက်ရောက်သင်ကြားရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ကျောင်းသားတက်ရောက်မှုများသည့် ကျောင်းများတွင် ၂သုတ်ခွဲ၍ တက်ရောက်ကာ ပညာသင်ကြားရမည်ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမအနေဖြင့် သင်ကြားချိန် ပိုများလာမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
Community Based Facility Quarantine ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသည့် ကျောင်းများကို ပိုးသတ်ဆေးဖြန်းကာ ဇွန်လ ၁၅ရက်နေ့ နောက်ဆုံးထား၍ ပညာရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနထံ ပြန်လည်လွှဲပြောင်းပေးအပ်ရန် Covid 19 ကာကွယ်၊ ထိန်းချုပ်၊ ကုသရေး အမျိုးသားဗဟိုကော်မတီက ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည်။
Community Based Facility Quarantine တွင် လက်ရှိ Quarantine ၀င်နေသူများမှလွဲ၍ ထပ်မံ Quarantine ၀င်ရန် ရောက်ရှိလာပါက ကျောင်းများတွင် ထားရှိမည်မဟုတ်ဘဲ မြို့နယ်အသီးသီးရှိ ၀န်ကြီးဌာနပိုင် အဆောက်အအုံများနှင့် အဆင့်မြင့် ပညာဉီးစီးဌာနပိုင် တက္ကသိုလ်များ၊ ကောလိပ်များနှင့် ဒီဂရီ ကောလိပ်များတွင် ထားရှိမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
