အောက်တွင် မြန်မာလို ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်
Shwe Taung Real Estate Co., Ltd, the real estate arm of Shwe Taung Group, has entered into a joint venture with AEON MALL Co., Ltd., a member of Japan’s Aeon Co Ltd, a listed conglomerate, to invest, develop, manage and operate large scale shopping malls in Myanmar. In the joint venture, AEON Mall Myanmar Co., Ltd, Shwe Taung will hold a 30% stake and the rest by AEON MALL.
Last week, Myanmar Investment Commission approved an investment proposal for $180 million worth large-scale shopping mall.
Aeon Mall Myanmar Co., Ltd. will develop the first AEON MALL in Myanmar on a 17.632 acre of land at the corner of Shwe Li Road and Ayeyarwun Road, Dagon Seikkan Township, Yangon. The 5-story shopping mall will have a gross floor area of about 1.2 million square feet and 2,300 parking lots.
The construction of mall is scheduled to start next year and expected to open around 2023.

Junction, part of Shwe Taung, is the largest shopping mall owner, manager, and operator in Myanmar with a portfolio of 6 Junction shopping malls comprising more than 1 million square feet of retail space. Junction introduced the first modern shopping mall concept to Myanmar in 1999.

Shwe Taung ၏ Junctioin သည် ဆိုင်ခန်းနေရာ စုစုပေါင်း အကျယ်အဝန်း စတုရန်းပေ ၁ သန်းကျော် ရှိသည့် Junction ဈေးဝယ်စင်တာ ၆ ခုကို စီမံလုပ်ကိုင်နေသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ အကြီးမားဆုံးသော Shopping Centre လုပ်ငန်းဖြစ်သည်။ Junction သည် ၁၉၉၉ ခုနှစ်ကတွင် ခေတ်မီဈေးဝယ်စင်တာကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ပထမဆုံး စတင်မိတ်ဆက်ခဲ့သည်။
