SPS Touts Making Yangon Realty Investment “a Breeze”

Property consultancy firm SPS Myanmar said it eyes to bank on Myanmar’s booming real estate market, touting “professional and bespoke consultancy” on Yangon real estate including development advice, valuation and market research.

A wing of Singapore based Slade Property Services Asia Pte Ltd, SPS Myanmar was incorporated this year in March. The company owner Hugo Slade is a RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) accredited surveyor backed by a decade of experience in property advisory, with a focus on the Asian market, SPS said.

The firm said it’s the commercial realty which is the forte for SPS yet it also looks after the residential sector while providing services for those aspiring a potential foray into the perplex Myanmar property sector.
