In accordance with the instruction of the Yangon Regional Government, the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) will issue QR Pass for payroll processing in Yangon during the stay-at-home period so that the businesses, who are not allowed to operate during the stay-at-home period, can complete the payroll process.
Payroll Processing QR Pass will be issued to all the businesses that require to make payroll to its employee and up to 5 officials per business can register for the Payroll Processing QR Pass.
Employees can register for the QR Pass at QRpass.SawSawShar.gov.mm and those who have already got the QR pass do not require to re-register.
After obtaining QR Pass, the holders can go to work on October 6 and 7.
The UMFCCI launched the QR Pass on the morning of September 25, which allows employees of the businesses, officially allowed to run during the Stay-at-Home period, to register online and serves as a document when commuting cross-townships.
The system was suspended on September 27 due to the cyberattacks and UMFCCI issued a statement warning whoever carried the attacks not to continue the attacks.
However, IT experts pointed out that the system was not secure and the developer of the system should be more careful.

အဆိုပါ Payroll Processing QR Pass များကို လုပ်ခလစာ ထုတ်ပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည့် မည်သည့်လုပ်ငန်းအမျိုးအစားမဆို Online မှတဆင့် ဝင်ရောက်မှတ်ပုံတင်နိုင်ပြီး တာဝန်ရှိသူ အများဆုံး (၅) ဦး အထိသာ Payroll Processing QR Pass ကို ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ကြောင်းသိရသည်။
မှတ်ပုံတင် ရာတွင် https://QRpass.SawSawShar.gov.mm သို့ ဝင်ရောက်မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန်ဖြစ်ပြီး ယခင် QR Pass ရရှိပြီးထားသူများအနေဖြင့်ထပ်မံလျှောက်ထားရန် မလိုအပ်ကြောင်း ယခုအစီအစဉ်သည် လစာထုတ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ Payroll အတွက် လစာတွက်ချက်မှု အပါအဝင် လိုအပ်သည့်ပြင်ဆင်မှုများ ကြိုတင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက်သာ ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း ဖြစ်ကြောင်း မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းကိုအောက်တိုဘာလ (၄) ရက်နေ့ နှင့် (၅)ရက်နေ့များတွင် စတင်ဆောင်ရမည်ဟု သိရသည်။
Payroll Processing QR Pass ရရှိပြီးပါက အောက်တိုဘာလ(၆) ရက်နေ့နှင့် (၇) ရက်နေ့ များတွင်သာ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စက်ရုံ၊ အလုပ်ရုံ၊ အလုပ်ဌာနများသို့ သွားရောက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အားဆောင်ရွက်ရာတွင် Payroll Process အားရွေးချယ်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး ကုမ္ပဏီမှတ်ပုံတင် (သို့) စည်ပင်လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင် (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနတစ်ခုခုမှ အသိ အမှတ်ပြုထုတ်ပေးထားသောလုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင်အား ပူးတွဲတင်ပြရန်လိုအပ်ကြောင်း လုပ်ငန်း လိုင်စင်တစ်မျိုးမျိုးအား ပူးတွဲတင်ပြနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိ ပါက ခွင့်ပြုချက်အား ပယ်ဖျက်သွားမည်ဟု သိရသည်။
